Recap and review of the 2016 Pyscho Psummer 50k, the summer version of the Psycho Wyco ultra marathon hosted by the Trail Nerds. The race is a three loop trail run around Wyandotte County Lake Park. The temperature soared to almost 100, but we kept our cool with ice bandanas and boob ice.
